Shipping Policy

Free shipping: on any order over ₪500 (after discounts) — shipping is on us.
2. Delivery Times
2.1. Delivery times are counted in business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays and holiday eves) from the moment payment is approved by the payment processor.
2.2. Delays caused by Israel Post, courier companies, or force majeure are beyond the Company's control; however, we will assist with tracking and locating any shipment.
3. Packaging and Tracking
3.1. All orders are packed in protective packaging designed for physical media.
3.2. A tracking number is emailed to the address you provided as soon as your order ships.
4. Title and Risk
4.1. Title to and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery of the product to you (or to someone on your behalf) at the address you provided.
4.2. We recommend inspecting the packaging upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancy promptly, quoting your order number.
5. Failed Delivery and Incorrect Address
5.1. A shipment returned to the Company due to an incorrect address you provided, failure to collect from the post office, or refusal of delivery — will be re-shipped subject to additional shipping fees, or the transaction will be cancelled in accordance with the Returns Policy.
6. Self Pickup
6.1. Self pickup is available by prior appointment only, from the Company's address: HaOren 2, Moshav Regba 2280400, Israel.
