Are the items authentic?

Yes. We sell only original items — no burned or counterfeit copies.

What does the condition grade mean?

Every pre-owned item is manually inspected: "Like New", "Very Good", "Good", or "Acceptable". Product page notes detail any flaws.

Will a Region 2 disc work for me?

Most DVD players in Israel support Region 2. Israeli Blu-ray players support Region B.

How can I pay?

By credit card via a secure hosted payment page (Cardcom). We never store your card details.

What if my item is out of stock after ordering?

In that rare case we refund you immediately and get in touch.
