Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. General

1.1. This policy governs your right to cancel a transaction made on dvd-play.com, operated by M.L. First Class Marketing (Company No. 515844082), in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the "Law"), and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010 (the "Regulations").

1.2. This policy forms an integral part of the Website's Terms of Service. In any case of conflict between this policy and mandatory provisions of law — the provisions of law shall prevail.

2. Right of Cancellation in a Distance Selling Transaction

2.1. Under Section 14C of the Law, you may cancel a distance selling transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, or of receiving the disclosure document (order confirmation) — whichever is later.

2.2. If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen (over 65), or a new immigrant (up to 5 years in Israel) — you may cancel the transaction within four months of receiving the product, of the transaction date, or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the transaction included a conversation with a representative (including via electronic communication). The Company may request presentation of an appropriate certificate as a condition for cancellation.

3. Material Exception — Reproducible Media

3.1. Please note: Under Section 14C(d)(3) of the Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to "goods capable of being recorded, reproduced, or duplicated, whose original packaging was opened by the consumer."

3.2. In this store, this means: a DVD, Blu-ray, 4K UHD, or CD whose original packaging (cellophane wrap) has been opened — cannot be returned, unless a defect or material discrepancy from the description is found.

3.3. Pre-owned items sold without original cellophane packaging: the right of cancellation applies to them as usual, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.

4. How to Cancel

4.1. A cancellation notice may be delivered in any of the following ways:

• Email: [email protected] — stating your full name, order number, and phone number;
• Registered mail: HaOren 2, Moshav Regba 2280400, Israel;
• The contact page on the Website.

4.2. The cancellation notice must state your name, order number, and contact details.

5. Refunds and Cancellation Fees

5.1. If the transaction is lawfully cancelled — the Company will refund the payment made, less a cancellation fee (if charged), within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method used for the transaction.

5.2. For a cancellation not due to a defect or discrepancy, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower.

5.3. For a cancellation not due to a defect or discrepancy — returning the product to the Company is at your expense, to: HaOren 2, Moshav Regba 2280400, Israel. Shipping fees paid for delivering the product to you are not refunded in this case.

5.4. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to you, in its original packaging and undamaged. Returning the product does not derogate from the Company's right to claim damages if the product's value has decreased due to a significant deterioration in its condition.

6. Cancellation Due to Defect or Discrepancy

6.1. If the product you received is defective, materially different from its description on the Website, or was not delivered on time — you may cancel the transaction, and the Company will refund the full payment, including shipping fees, with no cancellation fee.

6.2. In such a case, the product return is at the Company's expense and in coordination with it.

6.3. Pre-owned items — a flaw explicitly detailed in the condition grade or notes on the product page is not considered a "defect" for the purposes of this section, as it formed part of the product description approved by you at the time of purchase. An undisclosed flaw entitles you to your full statutory rights.

7. Exchanges

7.1. Subject to the statutory right of cancellation, the Company allows exchanging an item for another of equal value or with an additional payment, by prior arrangement, provided the exchanged item meets the conditions of Section 3 above (sealed original packaging, or a pre-owned item in the condition delivered).
