Synopsis

After two Supreme Court justices are assassinated, a lone law student writes a speculative 'pelican brief' that proposes a motive and names powerful interests — and suddenly her life is in danger. An investigative journalist follows the leads and together they race to expose a high‑level conspiracy while being hunted by those who want the truth buried.
